No. Any project can be ordered and paid individually using the pre-pay calculator above. Membership is optional. It unlocks the private vault, automatic discounts, priority queueing, and the mobile app — but the core digitization work is the same either way.
Just exploring? Start with Subscriber ($4.99/mo or $49/yr) — cancel anytime. Have a real archive to digitize? Early Supporter ($199 once) pays for itself with ~3 reels of film, and you get 10% off for a full decade. Want a lifetime relationship? The Founding Member tier locks in 25% off forever, plus direct access to R.T. Only 50 seats open per year.
Your archive becomes read-only — you can still view, download, and share everything forever. To resume uploading new files, you can renew at the then-current Early Supporter rate, or switch to any active plan. We'll send you a heads-up 60 days before the transition. Founding Members never hit this limit — their vault is lifetime.
Yes. Upgrade any time — the difference is prorated. Subscribers can switch monthly ↔ annual from the dashboard. Early Supporters can upgrade to Founding Member (if seats remain) and get credit for their original $199. We don't do downgrades mid-term, but you can cancel a monthly subscription any time from your dashboard.
Use the add-ons: $2/mo for +25GB or $5/mo for +100GB. Stack as many as you need. You'll see an "Add storage" prompt in your dashboard when you hit 80% of your quota. If you need something bigger — terabyte-scale family archives, corporate projects, historical collections — email archivist@beyondme.com and we'll build a custom plan.
There isn't one. It's a one-time $1,000 payment for lifetime 25% off every service, a 25GB vault that never expires, a branded beyondme.com email address, top-priority queueing, and direct founder access. Limited to 50 seats per calendar year — when the 2026 class fills, the next opportunity opens in April 2027.
Yes. Your vault is private by default. No one — not even R.T. — can view your files without your explicit permission. Files are encrypted at rest, served over HTTPS, and secured behind passkey login. You own your data. Cancel at any time and we'll export everything to you.
Yes. Use the pre-pay calculator above to bundle services and pay upfront. Projects queue in your account and we fulfill them at your convenience — no rush, no expiration. Members receive their tier discount automatically at checkout.
